konpeito 金平糖

她有着小小的突起状的颗粒，又如星星般的形状。 或者是， 萌版流星锤的形状。 顾名思义， 这个小小的糖果 在中文就叫星星糖。他正式名称又叫 金平糖。

这种在日本随处可见有着萌萌哒外表， 以及 漂亮颜色的小糖果并不是 日本本身的产物。

金平糖， 源自于 葡萄牙，在日本室町时代末期 传入日本。 由 Luís Fróis , 一位葡萄牙的传教士放在 小玻璃瓶内 献给织田信长。 他是为了利用礼物来换取在日本传播天主教的权利。

上图为 室町时代 金平糖原始的模样。 名字由  Confeito 演变而来。
到了明治时期 ， 这种小糖果成为日本文化的代表。而在 日本版的胡桃夹子 里面， 金平糖仙子 取代了梅糖仙子。
同时日本皇室用来款待尊贵的客人 也会把金平糖放在 精致的糖果盒。
一开始的时候， 金平糖是只有 有地位的人 才能拥有的， 到了江户时代以后， 金平糖流入民间， 成为受欢迎的小零食。

在日剧里， 信长的主厨， 使用了 金平糖做成了糖花 来代表 Fróis 和织田信长的友谊。

 再放上金箔来装饰 。


 金箔 也是一种是日本的食材之一， 和 金平糖 完美结合。 日本料理 以观赏性为主， 说是看的美食 也是不过分的。

金泽地区的金平糖 使用当地产的金箔装饰， 据说， 金箔容易被人体吸收 。

 箔座 Hakuza 这家店里卖了 金箔金平糖， 有黑砂糖， 白砂糖， 抹茶， 三种口味的金平糖。

 不像一般市售金平糖有着可爱的外表， 多了 优雅的气息。
